Guyton – Frank Ronald Canady, 83, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Effingham Hospital.

The Chatham County native was a US Navy veteran and retired from the General Services Administration. He was a longtime member of Sand Hill Baptist Church, where he had served as Deacon for over 25 years.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Canady; children, Teresa Dasher (Randall), Sharon Jenkins, and Shawn Ronald Canady, Sr. (Tina); sisters, Virginia Carlyle and Joan Jackson; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

Visitation: 10 -11 am Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Sand Hill Baptist Church.

Funeral: 11 am Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Sand Hill Baptist Church.

Burial: Sand Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Remembrances: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
