Pooler-Mr. Frank C. Crovatt, Jr., 75, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at his home.
Mr. Frank was born in Savannah, and grew up in Guyton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank C. Crovatt, Sr. & Euna Sandefur Crovatt. He was a Deacon at Pooler First Baptist Church, was a member of the GA Salzburger Society, and the Dos Lupos Gun Club. He was employed at Union Camp for 14 years, and later retired from Flowserve Corporation. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, gospel music, kayaking, making knives & sheaths.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Pamela Crovatt of Pooler; children, Angela Drewry (Robert) of Pooler, and Marlena Crovatt Bagwell (Michael) of Lexington, SC; grandchildren, Michelle, John, and Sarah Drewry; sister, Diane Crovatt Morgan (Danny) of Rincon; brothers, William C. Crovatt (Sadako) of Japan, and James S. Crovatt (Hilda) of Portal, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
