Rincon – Franklin D. Redmond, 84, passed away October 14, 2023 at Doctor's Hospital in Augusta.

The Chatham County native lived the past 35 years in the Keys, he loved boating, the river, and gardening.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Martin Redmond and Annie Mae Williams Redmond.

Survivors include his children, Kash Redmond (Lisa) and Penny Redmond (Amanda); grandsons, Dustin Redmond (Amber) and Dillon Redmond; his faithful companion, Bullett; and several nieces and nephews.

No formal services will be held.
