Obituary

Bloomingdale-Mr. Fred F. Boyette, 91, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2015 at Hospice Savannah.
Mr. Boyette was born in Collins, GA to the late William Lester & Cora Murphy Boyette. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of Bloomingdale Alliance Church. He retired from Bradley Plywood Corp. and also owned and operated Boyette Lawn Services until he was 85 years old.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Mary Harper Boyette; children, Jimmie & Mary Anna Boyette, Barbara & Russell Weyl, and Tammy & Johnny Myrick; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Amy Demas, and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. The graveside funeral and burial will follow at 3 p.m. at Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Tattnall County.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to Bloomingdale Alliance Church, 501 W. U.S. Hwy. 80, Bloomingdale, GA 31302.
