Mr. Fred R. Helmuth, 77, of Brooklet, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

He was born in Bulloch County to the late Paul & Della Helmuth.  He was also preceded in death by sisters, Eloise and Jackie and brothers, Sam, Robert, Howard and Randy.  He retired from Truck and Trailer Leasing.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Swindell Helmuth; daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy & Mark Stokes and Robin & Henry Moore; grandchildren, Matthew & Mandy Moore, Cody Moore, Christian Butler, Taylor & Lily Stokes; great-grandchildren, Kaley, Andrew & Hunter Moore; sisters, Frances & Helen; brothers, Charlie & Ronnie and a number of nieces and nephews

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

The graveside funeral and burial will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Westside Memorial Gardens on Adams Road in Bloomingdale. The family requests that attendees dress casual for both the visitation and funeral.
