Guyton – G. Gayle Edwards, 69, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Candler Hospital.

The Effingham County native was preceded in death by her parents, Geneva & Sollie Campbell; her brother, Dale Campbell; and niece, April Campbell.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby E. Edwards, Sr.; 2 sons, Gene Edwards (Sonja) and Andy Edwards (Paula); 2 grandchildren, Jessica & Jennifer Edwards; brothers, Colen Campbell (Kathy), Ricky Campbell (Shirley), Hank Campbell (Carol); sister, Rhonda Butler (Walter); sister-in-law, Pam Campbell; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 1-2 pm Sunday, May 16, 2021 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 2 pm Sunday, May 16, 2021 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: Guyton Cemetery.
