Galen Dwight Clay
Guyton – Galen Dwight Clay, 64, passed away December 7, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The Chatham County native was a member of Living Faith Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents, Asa Clay, Sr. and Ruby Rivenbark Clay.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa LeGrand Clay; daughter, Shiela Clay Johnson (Greg L.); son, Jonathan Clay; granddaughter, Joy Burnsed (Aaron); brother, Asa Clay, Jr. (Joann); sister, Ellen Libby (Jim); and a number of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 7 p.m. in the chapel.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Effingham Memorial Gardens.
