Gary Allen Lowery
Guyton – Gary Allen Lowery, 53, passed away, Monday, November 22, 2010 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
He was employed with Hargray Communications. Gary loved to fish and dove hunt, and enjoyed baseball, football, and nascar. He was affectionately known by his loving grandchildren as, papaw. He was preceded in death by his father, Jason Lowery.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Hale Lowery of Guyton; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Stephanie Lowery of Kannapolis, NC; grandchildren, Austin and Addison Lowery of Kannapolis, NC; his mother, Peggy Lowery of Woodbine; siblings, Jason Lowery of Woodbine, Bobbie Ridenour of Woodbine, Joy Drury of White Oak, and Dottie Knight of Woodbine; several nieces and nephews; and their dog, Dusty.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Remembrances may be given to Pancreatic Cancer Research, PC.org.
