Mr. Gary Joel McClune, 75, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Memorial Hospital.

Gary was born in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and had lived in Savannah for 40 years.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jay Donald McClune and Doris Zwally McClune.  He was a member of Compassion Church and along with his wife, owned and operated the Ogeechee Meat Market.  His life was dedicated to service, by serving in the National Guard where he drove an ambulance, his service to his customers at the meat market, to his community, but most of all, his service to his family and his love for them.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Robin L. McClune; children, Jason R. McClune, Matthew J. McClune (Ashleigh), Ashley McClune, Andrew W. McClune (Misa), and Breanna R. McClune; grandchildren, Peter, Madelyn, Connor, Daniel, Owen, Emma, and Andy; brother, Dale McClune (Sandy); nephew, Cris McClune; niece, Kim Farrell.

The funeral to honor Gary's life will be at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
