Guyton-Mr. Gary Myers, 59, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014 at Candler Hospital.
Mr. Gary was born in Savannah to the late Albert & Ossie Myers. He attended the Pineora Holy Church of God and was employed with ABC Supply Company for the past 19 years. He loved spending time with his family, enjoyed the outdoors, and working on cars.
Survivors include his wife, Joy Newman Myers; daughter, Brittany Myers; son and daughter-in-law, Brandon & Amanda Myers; grandson, Brody Myers, all of Guyton; brother and sister-in-law, Randy & Pam Myers of Bloomingdale; father and mother-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Raymond Newman of Ellabell; sister-in-law, Melody Covington of Ellabell; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Gloria & Larry Davis of Rincon, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 4-6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 a.m. on Monday in the chapel of the funeral home with the burial to follow at Effingham Memorial Gardens.
