Mr. Gene Wallace Wright, Sr., 65, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Pruitt Health.

Gene was born in Metter, Georgia to the late W.A. Wright and Katherine Parker Wright.  He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Fonnie Powell and Irma Dean Humphrey, and two brothers, David Wright and William Wright, Jr.  Gene was the owner and operator of Just Right Siding and will be remembered for his great work ethic.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Wright and Gene Wright, Jr.; five grandchildren; sisters, Mary Johnson, Jackie Parker, and Darlene Dennison; two brothers, Jerry Wright and James Wright, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 from 4 until 5 p.m. at the funeral home with the celebration of Gene's life to follow at 5 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Allen Johnson officiating.
