Mr. George Arnett, 81, of Guyton passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at his home surrounded by family.

Mr. Arnett was a mechanic for 64 years and the owner/operator of his own automotive shop.  He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Edith Arnett, and a brother, Allen Arnett.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie Arnett; children, Steve Arnett (Margaret), Deborah Hodges (Bill), and Dennis Arnett (Vickie); grandchildren, Jami, Jennifer, Tyler and Kirsten; as well as three great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the funeral home with a memorial service to follow at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home.
