Clyo- George E. "Mackie" Youngblood, 68, died Friday, May 18, 2012 at Hospice Savannah.
The Port Wentworth native was a member of First Baptist Church of Rincon and had retired from Savannah Sugar Refinery after over 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ruth Youngblood, and sister, Martha Fletcher.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Wilkes Youngblood; son, Craig Youngblood (Yvette) ; daughter, Melonie Y. Kolgaklis (Chris); grandchildren, Ashley, Coty , and Dillon Youngblood, Blake Floyd, Nikolas and Alex Kolgaklis, and Jimmy Fox; great-granddaughter, Isabella Youngblood; two brothers, James Parker and Robert Parker (Pat); sister, Edna Youmans (Fred); and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Monday, May 21, 2012 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 1 pm Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Rincon.
Interment: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
