Springfield – Glen Wallace Meador, Sr., 63, passed away October 31, 2021 at his residence.

The Beckley "By God" West Virginia native was a U.S. Marine veteran.  He worked in the drywall industry for 35 years and now in masonry construction.  He rode motorcycles including many charity runs and was the "neighborhood watch".

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Reba Harris, and Foy McKinley Meador.

Survivors include his children, Hollie Paden, James McKinley Meador, and Glen Wallace Meador, Jr.; grandchildren, Broshell Caldwell, IV, Kassidy Paden, Amya Bullock, and James McKinley Meador, II; siblings, Foy McKinley Meador, Jr., David Meador, Sharon Ramsey, Blaine Meador, Kevin Harris, and Rodger Harris; a number of nieces and nephews; many friends that were like family.

No formal services will be held.
