Mr. Glenn C. Phillips, 71, of Bloomingdale, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Swainsboro to the late Frank & Grace Phillips.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Madge "Pepper" Phillips; grandson; Jeffrey Mitchell; siblings, Willard, Carrol, Doy and Annette.  He was an insulator with Local #96 and enjoyed woodworking, fishing, golfing and telling you how to drive in Savannah.

Survivors include his children, Susan Phillips, April Dawn Scott (Jesse), Freeman Glenn Phillips (Jeanie) and Diane Minton (Mark); grandchildren, Brittany Mitchell, Anna, Nathan, Luke and Abi Scott, Tyler Phillips and Chris Ramsey, Andrew Ramsey, Jessica Fox and Kayla Van Otterloo; great-grandson, Jacob Mitchell; sister, Betty Thorn; sister-in-law, Lorraine Phillips and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Friday from 1 until 2 p.m. at the funeral home followed by the memorial service at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Brother Patrick O'Tuel officiating.
