Bloomingdale-Mrs. Glennie Rea Bragg Bailey, 83, died on Monday, April 7, 2008 at her
granddaughter's residence surrounded by her family.

Mrs. Glennie was born in Effingham County and was a member of the Ash Street Baptist
Church in Bloomingdale. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her
husband, Lenward Morris Bailey and a sister, Margaret Doyle.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Fay & Jimmy Gene Autrey and Julie &
Roger Ray, all of Bloomingdale; three grandchildren, Glenda Criswell of Bloomingdale,
Brandon Autrey of Savannah and Whitney Ray of Bloomingdale; two
great-grandchildren, Morgan & Garrett Criswell, both of Bloomingdale; brother, Lester
Bragg of Thunderbolt; brother, Wyman Bragg of Statesboro; step-mother, Aris Bragg of
Statesboro and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation for Mrs. Glennie will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the
Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel in Pooler.

The funeral to celebrate Mrs. Glennie's life will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9,
2008 at the Ash Street Baptist Church in Bloomingdale. Mrs. Glennie will lie in state at
the Church from 1-2 p.m. Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
