Gloria Jean Wright, 75, of Pooler, Georgia, and formerly of Lancaster County, South Carolina, passed peacefully on Sunday, October 22, 2023 in Savannah, Georgia after a long illness, with her family by her side.

She was survived by her sister, Joan C. Powell of Pooler, Georgia; her brother, Glenn E. Cannady of Sylvania, Georgia; nephew and nieces, Jason Powell (Amy) of Bloomingdale, Georgia, Jennifer Johnson (Ryan) of Guyton, Georgia, Jessica Keeling (Levi) of Louisville, Kentucky, Johnna Douglas (Kyle) of Brunswick, Georgia, Cristy Sehr (William) of Ellabell, Georgia and six great nephews and eight great nieces.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Lancaster Memorial Cemetery in Lancaster, South Carolina.
