Rincon – Glynn Lee Zeigler, Sr., 73, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at his home.

Glynn retired from Union Camp/International Paper after 45 years. He was a dedicated member of Rincon Baptist Temple for 50 years where he was chairman of the Missions Committee for about 45 years. Every Wednesday evening service, Glynn enjoyed and could not wait to share a missions letter. He served two terms on the Rincon City Council as one of the councilmen. In Glynn's free time he loved to fish and could be found out on the water whenever he had the chance. Glynn was an avid Southern Gospel music fan.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Dawn Luikart Zeigler; his three children, Lee Zeigler (Lynn), Michelle Floyd (Mark), and Adam Zeigler (Sarah); grandchildren, Brandon Zeigler (Whitney), Devin Zeigler, Jeremy Edwards (Korie), Danielle Edwards, Amber Edwards, and Caelyn Zeigler; a great-grandchild, Lenie Edwards; sisters, Joyce Sowers (Russ) and Cathy Marsh (Robbie); and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation: 1 – 2 pm Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Rincon Baptist Temple.

Funeral: 2 pm Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Rincon Baptist Temple.

Burial: Jerusalem Lutheran Church Cemetery.
