Pooler-Mrs. Grace Seckinger, 92, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Bryan County Health & Rehab.
Mrs. Grace was born in Egypt, GA to the late Paul & Ethel Stanley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Claude A. Seckinger, a son, John Seckinger, and a granddaughter, Amanda Grace Seckinger. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pooler, and a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons and three daughters-in-law, Paul & Jackie Seckinger of McDonough, Harry & Bonnie Seckinger of Pooler, and Bobbi Seckinger of Pooler; five grandsons; one granddaughter; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Ernestine Estill of Savannah; brother, Wesley Stanley of Estill, SC, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Monday from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 W. Hwy 80 in Pooler. Burial will follow at Turkey Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
