Gussie Myers Nunnally
Guyton – Gussie Myers Nunnally, 92, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Candler Hospital.
The Chipley, FL native was a member of South Gardens Church, Sunday School, and the Love in Action Group. She and her husband were the owners of Nunnally's Grocery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lila McMillan Myers, husband, Lee Roy Nunnally; infant son, Lee Roy Nunnally, Jr.; sisters, Floria Terry and Myrtle Baker; and brother, Harold Myers.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kathy Nunnally of Guyton; grandsons, Christopher and Joseph Nunnally of Guyton; nieces, Barbara Anderson of Savannah and Tootsie Cook of St. Petersburg, FL; nephew, Dickie Myers of Savannah; great-niece Lori Jenkins; and great-nephew, Steve Anderson.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Graveside funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Abbey East on Wheaton Street.
