Obituary
Mr. H. Ottis Claxton, 77, of Savannah, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Mr. Claxton was preceded in death by his parents, C.B. & Emma Lou Claxton, as well as siblings, Roy and Tommy Claxton, and Lucy Yawn. He was the owner/operator of Southern Auto Brokers, enjoyed fishing, golfing, and watching GA Tech sports.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Claxton; children, Scott Claxton, Taffy Thornton (Eric), Paige Pressley, Julie Jolly; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Tuesday, October 24th from 1 until 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
