Mrs. Harriett Sapp Blissett, 87, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at her home.

Harriett is going to be missed by her daughter, Terri Thomas (Perry); grandchildren, Justin Wilson (Cortney), Zach Blissett (Christina), Breanne Wullert (Mike), Jordan Thomas (Sydney), Caleb Blissett, Evan Thomas (Jamie), and Jake Blissett; 13 great-grandchildren, as well as a niece and several nephews.

Harriett was born in Savannah and was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Blissett; son, Joey Blissett; parents, Joseph F. and Illma Harmon Sapp; siblings, Fred Sapp and Betty Darfler.  Harriett had a deep love for her Savior, Jesus Christ and was a life-long member of Calvary Baptist Temple, where she formerly taught Sunday School and helped lead the Crafts Class.  She loved crafting, was the former owner/operator of The Cutest Little Shop in Town on River Street, and was the current co-owner of Goodman-Blissett-Martin Tax Service.

The visitation will be on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Harriett's life will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Kenny Grant officiating.
