Harry William Steinhauser
Rincon – Harry William Steinhauser, 90, passed away September 23, 2017 at his residence.
The New York native was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran. He retired from Gulfstream, was a member of the Gulfstream retirees club, Sunshine Swim Club, and St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Savannah. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertha Steinhauser; and his wife, Willa Steinhauser.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Lou Steinhauser; children, William (Hiede) Steinhauser, Phil (Gail) Steinhauser, Tim (Patti) Steinhauser, David (Suzie) Steinhauser; step-children, Hal (Amanda) Flewallen, William (Angela) Flewallen, Linda Grace (Kevin) Screen, David (Jaimie) Flewallen; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, September 30, 2017 at St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Savannah.
Interment will be private.
Remembrances may be given to St. Michael's Episcopal Church or Compassus Hospice.
