Heather Marie Justice Van Vuren

Rincon, GA – Heather Marie Justice Van Vuren, 42, formerly of Columbia and Cahokia, IL, born March 1, 1976 passed away January 5, 2019 at her residence.

She was formerly employed by David Heimos, Attorney of Clayton, MO and Kasten and Johnson Attorney in O'Fallon, IL. Before moving to Georgia she was very active in the Hero 101 Fund and assisted the Camp Jackson, Cahokia and Columbia Fire Depts.  Whenever someone needed help she was the first to step up and help.  She loved music and chick flick movies.  She loved to Karaoke and sing in the choir at school.  She was a very devoted wife and mother.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerome "Jerry" Martin Justice; brother, Chad Michael John Justice; grandparents, John "Jack" Justice, Charles and Elizabeth Morgan; uncle, Charles Morgan, Sr.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bryan John Van Vuren; children, Elizabeth Morgan Van Vuren, Kyle Mason Van Vuren, Corinne Taylor Van Vuren; her mother, Ruth Ann Hammer (Michael); nieces, Hanna and Haley Justice; step-brother, Jeff Hammer; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Raymond Van Vuren (Monique) and Sandra Allen (John); she was also a dear sister-in-law, niece, cousin, and friend.

Visitation will be Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. at Braun Family Funeral Home, 265 Quarry Road, Columbia, IL 62236, 618-281-6793.

Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, IL, on Monday, January 14, 2019.

Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.
