Mrs. Helen J. McCutchen, 71, of Richmond Hill, GA passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at her home.

Helen was born in Savannah, GA to the late Jack McLaughlin and Christine Sanner McLaughlin.  She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Barbara Pezzuto, Buddy McLaughlin, Bill McLaughlin, and David McLaughlin.  She was the manager for many years at Royal Ace Hardware and she attended Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church in Savannah.  She enjoyed gardening.  She enjoyed the flowers in her yard as well as watching the birds.  She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  Her family, faith, and Jesus were the most important things to her.

Survivors include her husband, Roger L. McCutchen; children, Jamie Royal, Daniel Royal, Lori Gibbs (Tommy); grandchildren, Aaron Royal, Josie Royal, and Trey Gibbs; several nieces nephews, and her beloved poodle, Bella.

The visitation will be on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Helen's life will follow at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
