Obituary
Bloomingdale-Mr. Henry Mitchell Towles, 94, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016.
Mr. Henry was born to the late Herman & Maude Towles, and was also preceded in death by his wife, Lois Towles. He retired from Freidman Jewelers, and served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and music. He played the fiddle, guitar, and mandolin.
Survivors include his children, Herman Towles (Gail), and Alice Keith (Bobby); grandchildren, Mitchell Dean Towles, Mandy Keith, and Fran Keith; brother, Grady Harper; many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly, and special friend, Nettie Glisson.
The visitation will be on Tuesday from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home with the funeral to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
Flowers are accepted, or remembrances may be given to the charity of the donor's choice
