Ellabell-Mr. Herbert Farrell "Teeny" Duke, 63, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at
St. Joseph's Hospital.

Mr. Duke was born to the late Grady Jackson and Martha Inez Duke. He was also
preceded in death by two brothers, Grady Miron Duke and Milton Duke and a sister,
Teresa Lastinger. Mr. Duke had previously been employed with Keen Transport and
enjoyed gardening and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Lois Jean Duke of Ellabell; step-children, Neil Stuart
Stayrook (Carol) of Dover, PA, Eric Hans Stayrook (Crystal) of East Berlin, PA, Everett
Hugo Stayrook (Kim) of Lusby, MD and Frank Henry Stayrook (Jamie) of Roanoke, VA;
grandchildren, Josh, Lindsey, Kelsey, April and Christopher; great-grandchildren,
Zachary and Isabella; brothers, Waymon Duke of Martinez, Billy Duke of Pooler, Austin
Duke of Jackson, MI and Darrell Duke of Pelion, SC; sister, Ellen Bland of Lexington,
SC and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Funeral: 10 a.m. on Monday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at
Gravel Hill Cemetery on Hwy 80 in Bloomingdale.
