Mr. Horace "Terry" Peavy

Port Wentworth-Mr. Horace "Terry" Peavy, 67, died on Friday, October 26, 2007 at his
home with his family at his side.

The Chatham County native was a member of the Port Wentworth United Methodist
Church and he retired from Stone Container.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Peavy of Port Wentworth; two children, Clay Peavy
of South Guyton and Carla Peavy McCutchen & Jack, Jr. of Rincon; two grandchildren,
Peyton & Jackson McCutchen; parents, Mr. & Mrs. Horace Peavy of Port Wentworth;
brothers, Richard Peavy of Washington, DC and Robert Peavy of Rincon; one niece and
several nephews.

Visitation: 3-6 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Funeral: 2 p.m. on Monday at Port Wentworth United Methodist Church. Mr. Peavy will
lie in state from 1-2 p.m. at the Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest West Cemetery on
Dean Forest Road.
