Mr. Jack Martin Crosby, 79, of Garden City, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.

Jack was born in Statesboro, Georgia on March 1, 1943 to the late Charles Levy Crosby and Thelma Martin Crosby.  He was also preceded in death by his son-in-law, Sonny Hambrick.  He started in the grocery business at the age of 12, working at L&A Supermarket.  He later was the owner/operator of Crosby's Food Land in Port Wentworth, and later retiring from the Bluffton Piggly Wiggly.  He was a lifelong car enthusiast.  He was affiliated with the Dixieland Cruisers Car Club, as well as several other car clubs.  He was a fan of the Atlanta Braves, Georgia Bulldogs, and NASCAR.

Survivors include two daughters, Rhonda Hambrick and Debora Crosby; grandchildren, Trey Hambrick (fiancé, Kellyn McClure), Macy Hambrick, and Patrick Strickland; great-granddaughter, Hallie "Puddin" Hambrick, and brother, John Crosby.

The visitation will be from 12 until 1 p.m. on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at the funeral home.  The memorial service to honor Jack's life will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
