Jackie Arnett

Mrs. Jacquelyn “Jackie” Arnett, 84, of Guyton, Georgia passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at her home surrounded by family.

Mrs. Arnett was the devoted wife of George Arnett for 64 years. She was co-owner and partner in his automotive business. She will be remembered as a strong and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose devotion to her family was unwavering.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Arnett; her parents, Tom L. and Vivian Sikes; and her brothers, Theron Sikes, Tommy Sikes and Derrick Sikes.

Survivors include her children, Stevie Arnett (Margaret), Debbie Hodges (Bill) and Dennis Arnett (Vickie); sister, Freida Quick (Glenn); grandchildren, Jami, Jennifer, Tyler, and Kirsten, as well as three great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be on Sunday, March 15, 2026 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. The memorial service to honor Jackie’s life will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
