Jackie "Gammy" Haskew, 62, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Hospice Savannah.

Jackie was born in Rome, New York and was preceded in death by her father, Jack Martin.  Jackie spent her career in the education field, where she taught and later retired as an Assistant Principal with the Chatham County Board of Education.  She was a member of Gateway Church in Pooler and enjoyed crafting and fishing.  She will be remembered for being selfless all her life and being loved by everyone that came in contact with her.  She kept her sense of humor until the very end.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Porter Haskew; daughter, Britni Kidwell (Shane); mother, Bernice James; grandchildren, Shayna Lawlyes (Trent), Payton Kidwell, Paxton Kidwell, Kodi Kidwell, Kaityn Kidwell, and Breyton "Boy" Kidwell; brother, Philip Martin (Karen); sister, Mechele Savin (Carl), as well as a niece, Nicole Jackson.

The memorial service to honor Jackie's life will be on Friday, December 15, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Gateway Church located at 1702 Pine Barren Road in Bloomingdale, Georgia.
