Mrs. Jackie Mullins, 81, of Richmond Hill, GA, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023 at her home.

Jackie was born in Guyton but was raised in Pooler and spent a number of years in Richmond Hill.  She was preceded in death by her parents, William "Billy" Wallace and Doris Heidt Wallace, and her beloved husband of 62 years, Jake Mullins.  She graduated from Groves High School and was a member of the St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church.  She retired as vice-president of Sun Trust Mortgage.  She will be remembered for her enjoyment of being with her family, being the "World's Best Organizer" and never meeting a stranger.

Survivors include her daughter, Robin Marie Mullins; son, John "Wesley" Mullins, III (Glenda); grandchildren, Tony Sapp (Patty Martinez), Jennifer Leigh Purnell (Justin) and John Michael "Jake" Mullins; great-grandchildren, Boston James Purnell, Hudson Jake Purnell, and Hunter Reid Purnell; brothers, Dr. William E. "Gene" Wallace (Donna) and Dr. Richard "Bubba" Wallace (Andrea), as well as a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from  1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Jackie's life will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
