Rincon – Jackie T. Wilson, 74, passed away March 7, 2023 at his home.

The Tattnall County native was a retired diesel mechanic with Builder's Transport. He had lived most of his life in Rincon and was a member of Rincon Baptist Temple. Jackie was an avid hunter that loved the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Driggers Wilson; his father, Emmett Wilson; and his mother, Madera Pelletier (Frank).

Survivors include his daughter, Lisa Wilson (Matthew King); son, Jackie Wilson (Shannon); granddaughter, Ashlee Benton (Kace); brothers, Johnny Wilson (Lois), Ricky Wilson (Joy), Randy Wilson (Debra), Andy Wilson (Teri), and Dennis Wilson (Stephanie); and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

At a later date, a celebration of life will take place.
