Mr. Jacob H. Lutz, III, 76, of Pooler, passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

He was born in Savannah to the late Jacob H. Lutz, II and Virginia Schloss Lutz.  He was also preceded in death by brothers, Gary and Richard Lutz.  He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and retired from Gulfstream.

Survivors include his wife, Carol C. Lutz; daughter, Chantana Blessett (Randy); sons, Jason Griffin (Michelle) and Jeremy Griffin (Annie); grandchildren, Micah and Jaylyn Griffin, Evan and Emma Blessett; brother, Carl Lutz and several nieces and nephews.

The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 10 ^th at Trinity United Methodist Church located at 320 Benton Drive in Pooler.
