Jake Bishop Saltus

Guyton - Jake Bishop Saltus, 23, died Saturday, March 27, 2010 unexpectedly at
Memorial Health University.

Jake was born June 16, 1986 in Norwalk, CT and served in the U.S. Army with 3rd ID in
the 92nd Engineers having served 2 tours in Iraq. He enjoyed writing and composing
music and was currently working at GA Pacific. He was preceded in death by his
grandparents, Margo Colmore and Donald Saltus.

Survivors include his wife, Erin DeForest Saltus; 2 children, Dylan and Lily Saltus, and
were expecting their 3rd child in August; his mother, Julia Howland Sinclair of
Windham, ME; his father, Kenneth Dewey Saltus of West Port, CT; sisters, Bennett
Saltus and Samantha Killmeyer both of Maine; brother, Tucker Saltus of Maine;
grandparents, Scudder Sinclair and Barbara Saltus.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m.
in the chapel.
