Jakob Anthony "Jake" Lee, 30, of Guyton, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.

Jake was born in Savannah and had been previously employed with Baker Constructors and was currently employed with CBG Construction.  He was a 2009 graduate of South Effingham High School and enjoyed riding motorcycles, four-wheelers, listening to music, fishing, and going to the beach.

Survivors include his son, Jaxen Lee; mother of Jaxen, Sara Kovach; parents, Richard Anthony Lee and Catherine Lynn Saxon Lee; sister, April Smith (Rob); nieces, Xaylie Smith and Larkynn Smith; grandparents, Larry B. Saxon, Sr., Patricia Faye Saxon (deceased), Richard & Laverne Lee; aunts and uncles, Buford Saxon (Teresa) and their children, Dylan Saxon and Kylee Saxon, Michele Lee and her sons, Trey Williams and Travis Williams, Julie Mundy (Brian) and their children, Ashley Martin, Daniel Mundy, Adam Mundy, and Josh Mundy, as well as a number of cousins, great aunts and great uncles.

The memorial service to honor Jake's life will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 11 ^th in the chapel of the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 W. Hwy. 80 in Pooler.
