Obituary

Faulkville-Mr. James W. Bashlor, 84, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday,
February 2, 2010.

Mr. Bashlor was born in Clyde, GA and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a
member of the Landrum Lodge # 48 F&AM and also Scottish Rite and the Shriners. He
was a member of Faulkville Baptist Church and he retired from Boilermakers Union
Local # 26.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Juanita E. Yager Bashlor of Faulkville;
son, Ray Bashlor and wife, Becky, of Guyton; an adopted son, James C. Bashlor and
wife, Catherine, of Virginia Beach, VA; three daughters, Maria Davis of Colonels Island,
Louise White of Millen and Linda Kay Martin and husband, William, of Eden; five
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 a.m. on Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at
Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery on Dean Forest Road.
