James Larry Day, Sr.
Rincon – James Larry Day, Sr., 72, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The South Carolina native was a retired roofer and served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
Survivors include his children, Allen Wiggins of Rincon, Greg Day of Pooler, DeeDee Day and Jamie Day of Rincon; children's mother, Faye Day of Rincon; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers, Talmadge Day and Peanut Day of Swansea, Ron Day of Augusta; sister, Dianne Day of Hardeeville, SC.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Wednesday in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Abbey East.
