Mr. James W. Driggers, Jr., 68, of Pembroke, Georgia, passed away tragically on Tuesday, July 23, 2024.
James was born in Savannah, Georgia and was preceded in death by his parents, James Wilson Driggers, Sr. and Mildred Monteen Terry Driggers, a brother, Melvin Tanner, and a sister, Retha Ware. He was employed with Roger Scott and Sons Trucking Company. He enjoyed life, fishing, driving a truck, but most of all, spending time with his family.
Survivors include his fiancé, Pamela Yawn; daughter, Lalonnie Driggers; sons, John Reynolds and Jeff Gay; six grandchildren; siblings, Ruth D. Sikes (Vernon), Wilber Driggers (Donna), and Shirley Bahre (Rodney), as well as several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral to honor James' life will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lower Black Creek Cemetery.
