Springfield – James Maxwell "Jim" Frazier, 69, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022 at his residence.
The Tennessee native retired from the U.S. Navy after 22 years as a Chief Petty Officer and was a member of the American Legion Post #209. He then worked various jobs and retired from E.S.D. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, camping, traveling, corny jokes, and motorcycles. He was a huge Tennessee Volunteers Football fan and loved Nascar.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Arlin Dick; and brother, Ronald J. Frazier.
Survivors include his wife, Janet A. Frazier; children, Jamie Frazier, Bria Rowse (Lindsay), Michelle Hairston, and Connor Frazier; grandchildren, Ellyce, Elena, Payton, Jonathan, and Julian; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and his close friend, Charles Panter.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the funeral home chapel with memorial services following at 11 a.m.
