James B. Nichols of Faulkville, GA passed away. On the morning of March 29th James was struck by a motor vehicle. He later succumbed to his injuries and found his place in Heaven.
James was born June 23, 1978, in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. He attended South Effingham schools, as well as Onalaska High in Wisconsin. He had an infectious personality, could brighten anyone's day, and never met a stranger as he was never at a loss for words. James never passed up a good hustle, on the pool table or otherwise. He was a jack of all trades, and he loved to spend his time fixin', pickin', and collectin'. James' life was always filled with his beloved four-legged friends, and he could always be found rooting for his Green Bay Packers. He loved his family and friends, near and far.
He is survived by his mother, Georgia Hill; father, Tim E. Nichols; brother, Aaron Odum; step-brother, Kenny Hill; step-sisters, Angie Callahan & Melissa Hill; grandmothers, Kathy Nelson & Oma Terri Nichols of Wisconsin, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He believed in second chances, and for that he donated his life-saving organs, so others could have that second chance.
The visitation will be on Monday, April 2nd, from 4 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home with the funeral service to follow at 5:30 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
