James Randall (Randy) Gibbs, 63, of Ellabell, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at Candler Hospital.

Randy was born in Savannah, Georgia on May 20, 1960 to the late James Edward and Juanita Gibbs.  He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Joan Holland and Donna Gibbs.  Randy attended Groves High School.  He worked for Jenkins Plumbing Company for over 35 years.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Gibbs; daughter, Miranda (Jeremy) Rex; grandsons, Andrew and Clayton Rex; brother, Glenn (Marie) Gibbs; sister, Robin Exley (Jerry); step-son, Michael Rogers (Debbie); step-grandchildren, Makenzi, Tylor and Harper Rogers, Kohen Pfeiffer, and Ava Marie, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Sunday, January 7, 2024 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Randy's life will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  Mr. Mill Lawson will officiate and serve as a pallbearer.  The other pallbearers will be Logan Lawson, Brian Holland, Robert Youngblood, Jerry Newman, and Dalton Smith.  Burial will follow at Newton Cemetery.
