Obituary
Bloomingdale-Mr. James W. Sexton, 77, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Candler Hospital.
Mr. James was born in Missouri and served his country in the U.S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from Union Camp. He enjoyed farming and woodworking.
Survivors include his children, Yvonne P. Williams and Thomas W. Sexton; grandchildren, Caleb Thomas Sexton, Grace Elizabeth Sexton, Heather Marie Mackey, and Brooke Ashley Holt; great-grandchildren, Braelyn Audrey Mackey, Piper Ann Holt, and Graycen Ellery Holt; life-partner, Shirley Mock; best friend, Cassie Burkholder; best dog friend, Crickett, and several brothers and sisters.
The visitation will be on Sunday from 2:30 until 3 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Dr. Clifford Lorenz for his compassion and care that he extended to the family.
