Janet Fox Murphy

Rincon – Janet Fox Murphy, 62, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020 at her residence.

The Savannah native was a homemaker. She loved her pets, NASCAR, and celebrating her birthday on St. Patrick's Day. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Fox, Sr.; and her sister, Patricia Phillips.

She is survived by her husband, Fulton Bartow Murphy; children, Timothy Fox (Christina Hodges), Alex Murphy (Jessica), Jessica Flowers (Kevin), and Mark "Buddy" Murphy (Victoria Thomas); her mother, Jean Catterton; grandchildren, Trey Fox, Emerald Fox, Jewel-Lee Fox, Austin Hays, Jacob Hays, Bleu Hodges, Tommy Murphy, Dillon Murphy, Kaleb Murphy, Haley Murphy, Courtney Flowers, and Cali Flowers; sisters, Kathy Smith, Peggy Austin, and Colleen Dixon; brothers, Mike Fox, Kevin Fox, Paul Fox, Jr. and John Catterton; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 5-7 pm Tuesday, December 1, 2020 in the funeral home.
