Janet Chaffin Teigue
Rincon – Janet Chaffin Teigue, 49, passed away January 28, 2018 at her residence after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
The Bulloch County native was a member of North Salem Baptist Church and was employed with EMD Millipore. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, fishing, camping, her 3 dogs, and spending time with her grandchildren. She participated in the Making Strides for Cancer Walk the past few years.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Edward Teigue, Sr.; sons, Jimmy Edward Teigue, Jr. (Anslee) and Brandon Alexander Teigue; grandchildren, Dawson Davis and Kaelyn Teigue; mother, Wanda Chaffin; father, Roger Chaffin; sister, Kathryn Adams (Stacey) and their children, Ethan and Cody; brother, Donald Chaffin (Lisa) and their children, Jon, Kayla, and Kelsea; and their granddaughter, Madyson; several nieces and nephews; very close friends whom were like family, Jordan Phillips, Madison Phillips, and Grady Ashburn.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at North Salem Baptist Church, 955, GA Hwy. 30, Pt. Wentworth, GA 31407.
