Jason Edward Polk, 48, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Jason was born in Savannah, Georgia and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles E. and Susie Mae Polk, Harper and Mildred Bragg.  He was employed with Blu Site Solutions and was a member of Compassion Christian Church – Henderson Campus, where he and his wife volunteered.  He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, the GA Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Jean Polk; his children, Jimmie Harper Polk, Jason Edward Polk, Jr., and Zoe Kate Polk; parents, Danny E. Polk and Jean Bragg Polk; brother and sister-in-law, Michael Brian Polk and Jennifer Lynn Polk; nephew, Alex Michael Polk; niece, Makenzi Brenna Polk; a number of cousins, aunts, and uncles.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral will be on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Westside Memorial Gardens.
