Springfield – Mr. Jay Morrison, 33, died at his home, Sunday, December 25, 2011.
Jay was born in Savannah and employed with Hendrix Machinery. He was a member of International Worship Center. Preceded in death by his father, Herman Jay Morrison, II and mother, Cindey Michelle Morrison..
Survivors include his son, Keion Zayne Morrison, fiancé, Sandra Cobb along with her three girls, Kala, Kelsie and Brianna; his sisters, Shawna Morrison, Dawn Rewis; step-dad, Bobby Ramage; and several nieces and nephews; his aunts, Audrey and Gaylla; uncles, Jerome, James and Danny and several cousins.
Visitation: 10 – 11 a.m. on Friday, December 30, 2011 at the funeral home with services immediately following at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Bishop Eddie Tomberlin will be officiating and the pallbearers will be Clint Proudfoot, Wayne Walker, Adam Garland, Nelson Galindez, Larry Schuman, Jerry Casa, Neil Hall, and Cedar Lindquist.
A trust fund has been opened for his son Zayne. All donations can be made to the care of the International Worship Center, 6924 GA Hwy 17, Bloomingdale, GA 31302.
