Jean Starling Galbreath

Jean Starling Galbreath, age 76 went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Facility.

The Bulloch County native was a graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School. Jean was a member of Lawrence Baptist Church and loved to sing in the choir.  She worked for many years as a bookkeeper in her own businesses.  Jean was a devoted mother & grandmother and loved all her family.  She was known to be one who enjoyed life, especially her travels to the mountains and the beach. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl & Lucille Starling.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Alicia Galbreath Edwards (Ricky); a son, John Douglas Galbreath (Tina); a sister, Janice Nelson; a brother, Randy Starling (Bootsie); and her grandchildren, Brandon & Brooks Edwards, Michaela & Dusty Galbreath.

The family will receive visitors at Lawrence Baptist Church, 1521 Jones Rd., Pembroke, GA 31321 on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 9 am – 11 am. Funeral service will be at 11 am with interment following in the church cemetery.
