Mrs. Jean Prescott, 87, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at Memorial University Medical Center.

She was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late Henry and Mary Barker.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, John O. Prescott.  She was a graduate of St. Vincent's Academy.  She spent a number of years in the floral business and retired from the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum.

Survivors include her children, Steve Prescott (Roxann), Kathy Prescott, and Robert Prescott (Angela); grandchildren, Melissa (Craig), Brock (Jessie), Emily, and Katie (Shane); great-grandson, Calum.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Jean's life will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 15, 2021 at Westside Memorial Gardens on Adams Road in Bloomingdale.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum, 175 Bourne Avenue, Pooler, GA  31322 or mightyeighth.org
