Jerry Holland, 78, of Pooler, Ga passed away after a long illness at his home with his family by his side on February 23, 2021.

He was born in Sardis, Ga.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Holland. His pride and joy, his daughters, April Stafford (the late Eric B. Stafford) and Cindy Dubberly (Jeff Dubberly). His three grandchildren, Ashley Stafford, Eric H. Stafford, and Jenna Dubberly.

Jerry had many hobbies including electronics and carpentry. He could build or fix almost anything. He enjoyed watching and playing many different sports, especially baseball and basketball. He was a coach and umpire for many youth teams in Pooler through the years. He also enjoyed photography and videography. He curated a large collection of family photos dating back to the early 1900's.

He served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Alee Temple as well as a Past Master of Richard T. Turner Lodge # 116. He began working for Conti nental Can Co. in the early 1960's, and stayed with the company through various name changes.

Funeral will be held Saturday February 27th at 1 p.m. at Gravel Hill Cemetery in Bloomingdale, Ga.
